I’m Karina Bigit (pronounced Bee-heat), a Coldwell Banker Realtor serving both buyers and sellers in Minneapolis & St. Paul and surrounding Twin Cities suburbs. Whether it’s your first time buying a home, your forever home, or selling a property, I will assist in all aspects of the buying and selling process. My expertise lies in cultivating supportive relationships with each of my clients to make their vision come to life through a personalized and seamless homebuying or selling experience.
After earning my bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls with a double major in Psychology and Spanish, I plunged into the Real Estate market head-first. During my first year with Coldwell Banker Realty, I was awarded the Top Rookie of the Year in my office. Since then, I have continued to push myself to better serve my clients to achieve their real estate goals while making the process as informative, stress free and rewarding as possible.
In addition to being a Realtor, I am also the Marketing Manager for Team Kathy Borys. Incorporating my creative side with Real Estate, has allowed me to elevate and implement top-tier marketing strategies to strengthen the impact of all our listings, creating increased opportunities to ensure the best possible outcome for each of our clients. The numerous times our team has been told we have stellar marketing (including by other realtors), further drives my passion for continued growth and advancement in this area.
In my free time, you can find me going on adventures with my golden retriever Artie, reading, painting, enjoying some of the Twin Cities best restaurants, or traveling the world.
