"Kathy was, in a word, amazing. I was buying my first home and doing a cross-country move during a pandemic, and the housing market was really moving quickly so the whole process was a bit overwhelming. Kathy was able to find me a number of houses to view in the limited time I had to come and look at houses. It was a whirlwind trip - in on Sunday evening, viewing houses Monday and Tuesday, and having an offer accepted on Wednesday. She made herself available for me and she also made me feel like I was the only person she was working with. I fell in love with a house that turned out to have a lot of expensive things pop up during the inspection and she negotiated a very advantageous settlement for me. When my lender caused the closing to be delayed, she negotiated for the lender to credit me at closing for the rent that the seller charged me because I ended up moving in a few days early. She's also kept track of the progress with the contractors, as the repairs are currently ongoing. Looking back and writing about this, the whole process sounds a bit crazy but Kathy kept it from feeling crazy at the time. With all of the other things that I had to organize to move several states over, knowing that she was handling all of the details for the house made things feel so much more manageable. And I love my house!"
