"I could write this review in one sentence: Kathy is the best realtor in MN. But it would be no fun at all to stop there, so I'll elaborate. Kathy is the fourth realtor with whom we've worked and we went through three of those just trying to buy our first home. This past spring, friends across the street sold their house in a weekend for well over asking and that got us thinking about looking for house #2. I wasn't interested in any more trial and error with Realtors so I asked our friends who they used and they sang Kathy's praises. Our house hunt/sell was a long process - almost six months - and Kathy basically held our hands from beginning to end. Before we were even settled on the idea of selling Kathy came over to take a look at our house and make recommendations for what to change if we wanted to sell, as well as her estimate on the listing price. On at least three occasions from that point on, I said the words, "we will do whatever you tell us to do." She's that good. Any question we had, about literally anything having to do with a home, she knew the answer to/could send us more information on/had personal experience in. Everything. And her answer usually started with, "I just went through this very same thing...". By the end, I even had friends texting me questions to ask her. That's how much we talked about how awesome she is. Kathy knows it all because she has done it all. I joked that I will forever be texting her all of my questions about house stuff. Also, that was not a joke and I will 100% be texting her all of my questions about house stuff forever. I wish I could do a better job conveying how ridiculously amazing Kathy is. But I can't, so just call her so she can make everything about buying/selling a home better. "
