Hi, I’m Kathy!

I’m a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty, and my goal is to create an informed and seamless home buying and selling experience for residential clients in the Twin Cities area.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with first-time homebuyers, move-up clients, and seniors ready to downsize. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, I’ve been honored with the Top 50 President’s Club Award, recognized as Top 1% Nationwide through America’s top 100 Real Estate Agents, and received multiple MSP Magazine Super Agent Awards.

As the team leader of Team Kathy Borys, I work alongside Kristi, Garrett, and Karina. Together, we focus on building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring that each experience is stress-free and streamlined.

I am blessed, for sure, but I also work hard so that my clients get to live in their dream home or sell their property for the most money possible.
